Explore the PraderzimmerYou receive an individual quotation tailored to your event. We offer menus and buffets for groups by arrangement. The projector and flipchart are included in the agreed event price; in Weinberger Hall, this also includes the sound system with microphone.
The entire venue can also be booked exclusively for a private event.

You receive an individual quotation tailored to your event.
Yes, we offer both. We will agree the menu or buffet with you personally to suit your event. See buffet ideas and example prices →
Please confirm your final guest count at least 7 days before the event. For set menus and buffets, this confirmed number is the basis for billing, even if fewer guests attend on the day.
The booking becomes binding with written confirmation and a deposit of 30% of the agreed total event price.
The remaining balance is due no later than one week after the event. Your deposit is credited towards the total amount.
For events with exclusive room bookings, we agree cancellation terms in writing in the offer. The following schedule applies unless the offer specifies a different arrangement:

Percentages are based on the total event price agreed in writing. Notice periods are measured in calendar days before the event; the date we receive the cancellation is decisive.
The 30% deposit is credited against the cancellation fee. Any excess is refunded; for a free cancellation, the deposit is refunded in full. Saved costs and proceeds from a replacement booking are taken into account and reduce the fee accordingly.

Yes, you can book the entire venue for a private event. We will agree the date, schedule and terms with you personally.
Yes, our rooms can be booked by the hour. The minimum booking duration is one hour.
Yes, viewings are available by appointment. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a convenient time.
The earlier, the better — especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. Events in December 2026 are fully booked; please enquire about dates from January 2027.
Yes, seminars and celebrations can take place outside our usual opening hours by arrangement. We can also agree extended opening hours for evening events. Include your preferred date and planned times in your enquiry so we can discuss availability, the schedule and the exact finishing time together.
Yes. Include allergies, dietary preferences and your ideas in your enquiry so we can discuss them together. Vegan dishes are available on request. For seminars, we also offer coffee breaks with light snacks.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own table decorations. We can also provide table decorations on request for an additional charge.
Yes, you can play your own music at private parties. Bringing your own DJ and dancing are also possible.
Yes, you can bring your own cake for birthdays and celebrations. For plates, cutlery, service and cleaning, we charge a service fee of €2.50 per person eating the cake.
Yes, you can bring your own wine to your celebration. We charge €15 corkage per 0.75-litre bottle of wine for glassware, service and cleaning. We agree arrangements for other bottle sizes with you in advance.
Yes, the projector and flipchart in both rooms are included in the agreed event price. Use of the sound system with microphone in the Weinberger Hall is also included.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available to our guests in the Weinberger Hall and the Praderzimmer.
Yes, the Weinberger Hall has a sound system with a microphone for talks and events.
We do not have private guest parking. Please use public parking options in the surrounding area.
The restaurant, Weinberger Hall and Praderzimmer have step-free access via the side entrance through the large gate at Laudongasse 16. There is no wheelchair-accessible toilet.
