This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. When you visit, technical access data is processed, including your IP address, access time, the page requested, and browser and device information. This processing supports the provision, security and troubleshooting of the website.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Recipients include OpenAI and the infrastructure and security providers used for hosting. Technical data is processed for as long as necessary for operation, security and the handling of technical incidents.

Contact and event enquiries
When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, telephone number or email address, occasion, preferred date, number of guests and message. We need this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a reservation or event and provide the services agreed.

The event form sends your enquiry by email to servus@laudon16.at. For direct submission, the details are initially processed on our website server and delivered to the mailbox through our own Google mailer. A database within the website hosting supports reliable transmission and prevents duplicate deliveries. If direct submission is unavailable, the form prepares an email in your email application for you to send. We use the details to handle your enquiry personally. Technical checks and submission limits protect against automated abuse.
When selecting WhatsApp, your form details are passed to WhatsApp as a prepared message. Your enquiry reaches us through this channel only after you send it there. Alternatively, contact us directly by telephone or email.
Communication uses the email and messaging providers you choose. WhatsApp also processes data as described in its privacy information.
Reservations through TheFork
Our reservation links open the external service TheFork. On its pages, the provider processes your booking and usage data under its own privacy information. The details needed for your table reservation may be shared with us; we use them to handle the reservation under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and Foodora are included as external links. Maps, social media posts and ordering functions from these providers are not loaded automatically on our website.
